THE PROBLEM
Collectors have cards they don't play and want cards they can't afford. Selling to buy again incurs costly vendor fees.

DECISIONS & TRADE-OFFS
Points, not cash.
Trade-off: No payments liability or fees, but a point economy needs sinks from day one. Learned the hard way at PucaTrade.
Auto-Match by default.
Trade-off: Fewer choices per trader, a much faster first trade.

Trade-off: A live map cost build time, but trust is the product. Packages in transit become visible proof.

I'd leverage DigitalOcean over AWS to cut related expenses by 90%. I'd skip PPC campaigns for the first year and lean into partnerships with content creators & podcasters.
